DAY 1 : Arrival at Jammu, transfers to Katra (60 kms/ 1.5 hrs) |
| Pick up from Jammu airport/ railway Station and transfers to Katra. On reaching, check in at hotel, afternoon free for personal leisure. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel. |
DAY 2 : katra city tour |
| Morning after breakfast trek / horse ride from Katra to Mata Vaishno devi Darshan (15.kms one way). Back at Katra for Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. |
DAY 3 : Katra to Patnitop (90 kms/ 3 hrs) |
| After breakfast, transfers to Patnitop. Check-in at hotel, refresh yourself & explore the surroundings on your own. Evening return back to hotel for overnight stay. |
DAY 4 : Patnitop – Jammu (130 Kms/ 3 hrs) : |
| After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfers to Jammu, check into hotel. After taking some rest proceed to sightseeing like Babu Fort, Ragnunath Mandir, Bagh e Bahu in Jammu and overnight stay at hotel. |
DAY 5 : Jammu to Amritsar (500 Kms/ 9 hrs) |
| After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfers to Amritsar. Pamper your taste buds as Amritsar is a very popular destination among foodies. Lure on the popular Aloo Paranthas, chicken, Lassi and chai of Amritsar. |
DAY 6 : Amritsar city tour |
| After breakfast, set out for a full day city tour. Begin this with the Golden Temple. Continue to Jallianwala Bagh and Durgiana Mandir. In the afternoon, visit Wagah Border to attend the Beating Retreat ceremony held before sunset (reach the border by 4:30 p.m). After this, Proceed to dine across the city market. Overnight stay at hotel. |
DAY 7 : Amritsar drop at Airport/ Railway Station |
| After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfers to Pathankot Railway Station to board your onward train to home with memories of a refreshing hilly weekend with A Lifetime Trip. |
